Parasitic twins are some creepy shit. I remember seeing something on tv about that guy who had a huge stomach and never said much about it until it started becoming bigger. They did an ultrasound and thought it was a tumour, opened up the guy's chest cavity/abdomen and pulled out a calcified human skeleton.
