Not sure which movie to go see, Prometheus or Snow White.

First a dinner..and then a movie. Both movies look like they will be excellent, especially when enjoyed while being "baked"!!

Packed theatre is not my thing, no matter how great the movie might be. I will see both of these movies, in the afternoon or early evening show with a few dozen others.

We used to go to Speakeasy's a lot but found it going down hill the past few times. Girls were boring...just dance and look at themselves in the mirror until the Toonie part and then just sit in front of the guy with the biggest stack.

Would've been better than the movie.

I'm not saying it was a bad movie...but to us..very boring.
WAYYY too many scenes that would go on and on with low mysterious music...but nothing happening. I kept nodding off. Took over half the movie before anything really happened. Plus with over 1/2 hour of ads, trailers, trivia, blah blah blah...we were already finished our munchies before the movie started.

Yeah, it's a dying tradition I think. I still miss the Vancouver peelers. Not as good as Montreal/Toronto, mind you, but still had some great girls/shows. Like I mean girls that could actually dance. Would really get into with the crowd. And duo night...!!!!! Yeah...I mean actual "DUO" action. None of this stupid just two girls on stage dancing and passing each other gyrating and not touching.
The whole toonie/loonie toss ruined it, IMHO. With that it's the same every show:
Song 1: girl comes out..dances in bikini/dress looking at herself the whole time.
Song 2: girl dances around topless, still watching the mirrors.
Song 3: girl gets nude and sits in front of loonie/toonie stacks, while all the customers not sitting in Gyno-row go get drinks, watch the tv, talk to waitresses.
