I was trying to save space by saying the exact same thing but in one word.

Furthermore if he is so great and reliable would he not know that any talk of an extension (if thats what he meant even thought he wrote adjustment) cannot take place until July?
Pretty much making his entire tweet completely false and without any fact checking on current CBA rules.

the tweet only states what kipper wants, you're reading into it too much. he doesnt say anywhere that kipper will only go to toronto if he gets an extension, Im fairly certain kipper knows that he cannot be extended until july, maybe he just wants reassurance that he will not be bought out/sent to the minors

Man, slow trade deadline day.

TSN Tradecentre is now reporting that the buzz going around the league is Kipper is going to stay in Calgary for the remainder of the year and retire after so he's most likely off the market.

Listening to the radio right now on TSN and they are saying Kipper wants to just end his career here and retire at the end of the season.

If he wants to retire, then a team would only be picking him up as a rental and given his stats this year, he isn't particularly valuable as a rental.

I retract my previous statement. Kipper might still be as good as gone, but not necessarily to another team....
