Default New Bars and Brass Knuckles finally installed on the bike.

I got tired of not hearing back from a couple of local bike shops and decided to order my bars and risers online. I made the Brass Knuckles from a 3D CAD drawing and had Gretz cut them out on his CNC. I finally got around to welding and mounting them in place of the old passenger foot peg mounts. (didn't want to cut the mounts off the frame)

Anyways....here is the new stance with a shot or two of the knuckles.

Thanks Bmeier. I actually thought about that. To be honest, for what I am in to the bike for...I would rather keep this one the way it is, and piss around with another bike. I am thinking of something bigger. 1100 or bigger on air ride. Pure classic and clean. We will see.

Has it been crazy expensive to build this bike?

    It's amazing so far!!!

Thanks guys. To be honest....the price is the best part. I have done everything myself for the exception of CNC cuts by Gretz (Knuckles and Struts) I did All the lighting, cutting, lowering, etc.

I bought the bike for 3k, and am into it completely for about 4500 bucks. I used to sell Indian Motorcycles here in the city, and learned a pile of stuff about other companies and bike building in general, as we had a fair chunk of custom stuff come through the door.

My favorite part is when the Harley guys do a triple check and once they realize it is a Honda, some toss attitude, while some give props. It is funny either way. Ultimately I built this thing to my taste. I really don't care if others hate or judge, as it's only a reflection of their own reality anyways.

I remember you now civicstylez. It was nice meeting you that day.

I am still thinking of de-chroming, but it doesnt't look too bad right now.

It is definitely a rigid. Still debating some springs for the seat, but I like the stream line look the way it is. Riding it is actually not that bad, but you HAVE to pay attention. The odd unseen manhole cover can surprise the shit out of you. Other than that, it is fun!

Yup, this thing is fuckin badass.

Actually, your build ALMOST inspires me to get off my ass and shop for something like it and cut it up on my own too. ALMOST... haha!

I hate the stuck up Harley guys, it blows my mind how HD has created such an incredible brand loyalty - good on them for it, but it still annoys the shit out of me when people talk about my "Jap-Crap". I don't care what you ride, as long as you spend more time riding it than polishing it and wish all bikers held to the same belief!

Oh well, i'll keep wavin' and the ones who don't wave back can go to hell.

Thanks for the ups! To be honest, everything I did to this bike was pretty easy stuff. All you need is some forum support and a good owners manual. Like I said, If I can do it, anyone can.

As for the Harley attitudes, it will always be around. Harley is definitely a culture of it's own. It is unfortunate that there is a chunk of said culture with their heads in their ass. Harley is not the be all end all of getting out there and enjoying two wheels.

I had numerous people come in to Indian Motorcycle and ask me how I could possibly sell a Harley as an Indian. I asked what made them think it was a Harley. "Well it has an S&S engine in it.." Then I had to break their hearts and speak small history as to why they associated S&S with Harley. It was because Harley engines were (some still) such garbage, that the Harley owners would swap out for an S&S for reliability. It takes all kinds I tell ya. Some just don't know or take the time to learn. To each their own.

Saw you last night...The LED lights on the back gave it away right away. This bike is impressive in pics...but seeing it in person it blows you away.

    Definitely a sharp looking machine.
