well man, i've crashed more than a couple of times in my life(both two wheels and four) and most of the times I've laughed about it right afterwards. Gotta take things as easy as you can. It's just stuff. If you come out without a scratch you're pretty happy about that.
It's just stuff anyways. Feeling angry and sad about it comes a few hours later once it really sets in...
