It’s ok, just a rental shits and giggles builder grade freshen up. By 2024 Beyond saying condo prices are set to skyrocket. Then I be in the money regardless of baseboard material.

Yeah. I’m getting set to carpet the basement, maybe even the rest of the home soon.

Going to be expensive. Anyone have a carpet bro?

Dishwasher door was falling down. Turns out the little hook on the hinge can slip off the spring loop. But it can be put back.

Changed all exterior lights to white to match trim / gutters. Swapped all interior door handles since a couple had the mechanism not working properly.

Wanted motion sensing lights in the garage and wanted to do it on the cheap . Tried just using bulbs, no go. Tried motion sensing switch, also no go. Had to buy a couple new lights to achieve what i wanted.

2 lights still cheap but not as cheap as a $20 switch.

I swore read on Beyond saying $450/sqft was baller for yyc-RE, this place was $610/sqft and first week taking possession found out this post it’s just held by a handful of builder grade brad nails, or finishing nails or what not. (Brad nail = had no affiliation with Coupe, I’m pro-coupe)

Just some rental grade diy fix, pulled out dishwasher to fit some long screws to the butt end of the boards.

If we're thinking of the same thread, that conversation (and those figures) were for construction cost. And for the record, $450 is still not baller grade for construction costs.

No kidding. I think the master closet reno I am currently doing is going to be at least 400/sqft

And that’s not even an expensive part of the house.
