Does the current cluster have 98,000km? It looks to be a Type R cluster as it has the 8400 redline, 10k max RPM and KM/H.

The GsR would have 8200 Redline, and slotted redline indication along with 9k RPM max.

Is there any reason why the out of province isn't done? Cause I've noticed this cars been up for sale for a few years now. I know that it will not pass an out of province inspection with shaved door handles. I'm sure you would get more interest if the out of province was completed.

the car has been sitting in my garage since I moved here in 2008 with the casual drive here and there. I was never really motivated to sell due to the fact all of my time and money that I have put into it
