I need to replace my furnace (over 30yrs) and renovate the bathroom. Does anyone have any reference to any company or individual that can do either or both?

You will probably need at least two companies to do this.
A plumbing and heating company to do your furnace and bathroom rough-in and fixture install and at least a tile guy.
My father-in-law (www.silcraft.com) has done plumbing and mechanical work for Beyonders in the past and C_Dave45 is the resident tile guy.
I am sure between the two of them you should be get the job done.
