    Default Combatting Shrinking Calves

For the last 3 months I've been walking to work (~5km/day) and I'm really enjoying the exercise/stamina boost but I'm starting to notice that my calves are losing significant volume. I haven't noticed any decrease in strength of my calves, it appears to be just aesthetic.

I'd prefer not to reduce my walking so I'm looking for ways to try and regain/build additional volume in my calves. I'm already doing calf raises as part of my lower body workouts but I'm not seeing any real results.

Thanks Warcaster; I'll add this to my current workout regiment. Definitely surprised as it seems counterintuitive.

Grab a bicycle and start putting in some miles. Great for the calves as well as great exercise.
