Default Plumbing. 90 deg elbow impede flow?

Would there be better water flow if I used 2 45's instead of a 90 on household pex line?

On a pressurized household water line?

No worries about flow; it will remain relatively the same.

    On a gravity drain, yes: 2x 45's are better than 1x 90

*btw: you can't buy 45* Pex joints. No point for them as the Pex line can curve and turn, except in tight spaces where a 90* will be required.
