I spoke to someone with connections to this project and he told me that there was supposed to be a site office/atco trailer being dropped off at the location this past weekend to "start construction". Apparently its still a go a head and we should see equipment on site soon.. one can dream right?

Apparently Whissell is the contractor that has been chosen to do the project. Its not much but its the most Ive heard in a long time.
