It doesn't take much to flip a SUV in a T-bone. I've seen tons of accidents like that downtown at slow speeds. Based on where the cars ended up, I'd say speed wasn't an issue.
So much red running downtown, I blame the shitty and random timing of traffic lights. Sometimes they're synched perfectly for speed limit, and sometimes they fuck with you and desynch 1 light, which gets run 20x an hour.
