Any debris?

On my way in this morning I noticed some on the road but I'm not 100% sure it was from him. The debris if any could have remained on the top of his trailer? I'm not familiar with RVs and what each unit on the top does but I did watch the first one crumble as he went under. Also you can hear him hit the bridge on my video. I still think he's super lucky to get away with the damage he got if any.

I was thinking the same thing about any debris remaining on top of his trailer. It's just that all that plastic should shatter and go all over but yah.

But yah. Shitty for him.

Van does a u-turn at an intersection, followed by a TL pulling into the intersection while talking on the phone without even slowing down to check for oncoming traffic. Judging by the dent in his rear driver's side door, he probably does this a lot.

This has been discussed a dozen times :P

The rules are:
- Must be at an intersection, not the roadway between an intersection.
- The intersection must not controlled by traffic lights. Intersections controlled by signage are fine, as are uncontrolled intersections.
- The intersection cannot be in an alley.
- There must not be a "No u-turn" sign.

That's it that's all. The controlled vs controlled by traffic lights is a common misconception but I'm not sure where you got the median bit.

One part the cop references the median and another part says you can't do a u turn in the middle of a 2 way street. I could have misunderstood the video, but it seems the median was the key factor in legality.

The break in the median is in reference to a median in the middle of the road between intersections. That's actually not specifically listed in the rules and in theory you can probably get ticketed for that.

Note the use of or and not and in that sentence. 2 different scenarios. Here's an example of a break in the median.

Couldn't find the asshole parking thread, so i'm leaving this here.

Neither of these spots belong to this fucking dick.. i would have parked him in but the alley is too narrow for my truck and delivery trucks.

He already has a ticket how do i get him towed?

One rule you missed, it's can't have a parking lot entrance.

• at an intersection where one or more of the roadways is an access to a public or private parking lot which the public can access
