Do people not realize that theres more than 1 way to get to a destination? I swear its the end of the world for some people if they miss their turn or exit.

Here is my fun from this past Sunday in Cochrane. Not sure why this guy needed to overtake me through a single lane intersection, but will still likely be an at-fault accident for me.
Ps, you may not want to watch if you have little kids.

Thats unfortunate for you, but another example for others of how AWD does sweet fuck all for stopping.
That's too bad. Impressive lack of damage for a hit at 37km/h.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

That is correct. Proper method so slowing AWD vehicle is pulling a 180° and flooring it.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Wow that really sucks.
I do however struggle to assign any blame to the guy who passed you. If you didn’t hit him you would have hit someone else, Not like you were anything close to stopped when you hit him.

I agree (but certainly no offense to the poster). I am shocked at the complete lack of deceleration before impact. Like, fuckin literally zero effect from braking, AT ALL! That must've been SO slippery. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Would've been nice to see more 4-way flashers from the other tards plugging the road, though. Maybe I missed that and need to watch again?
Back to the damage...
Did any airbags go off?
Still likely at fault? Sorry, that’s fully at fault. And ya, the guy passing you had nothing to do with it.

The video got pretty crappy with all the water on the windshield and I didn't even know what was going on until they hit the person and saw the truck off to the side with no lights or anything on.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
At first I'd be like why is there any blame on the driver of the video but then as you watch it a few times there is definitely a few things that should have been done to not have it happen.
Based on the lack of deceleration, ice underneath snow. Seeing as that SUV was able to stop fine and drive around everyone else after, I blame tires. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Sucks, hope the kids weren’t too traumatized.

What tires you running so I know which ones not to buy lol...
+1 on the tires,
I saw your picture and was like I wonder if those are his stock summer/all-seasons versus winters...
Tough accident, ice like that is scary
Wow I was making fun that day saying the roads were only wet, but holy shit I'm glad I didn't drive on anything like that. Looks like full studded tires required.

You guys blaming the tires
Don't you know that all seasons are all you ever need in Calgary?
Sunday evening about ~ 8 cars stuck going up Country Hills Blvd near Edgemont/ Hamptons. Had swapped my studded winters on that morning. Literally came to a stop because I couldn't easily get past these guys, went down a bit and U-Turned at the middle median (where it turns to Edgemont half way up) and went back down then into the Coop and up the back way through the community. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member.
