Just recently I saw a post about someone named Kim that operates a hair salon out of her house but no other details were posted.

Switched to these guys a while ago, pretty happy thus far. Mens cut is $21 with a hot shave.

to add...its just a low budget mainly referral based type of place. the fact that you need to ask here will likely not get you in. lady's super nice but fairly busy with her current client base.

I've been getting a $13 hair cut for as far back as I can remember. For me, a cakeface girl doesn't justify spending >$20.
