    Default Ciroc vodka

    Hey fellow beyond members,

It's my buddies birthday and thought it would be cool to get him a bottle of this stuff since he loves rap and stuff . Any idea where to find ciroc vodka? Can't say I've see it around. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

    Cheers.

I'm not picky with flavors, Just need to find a store that carries it locally so I can pick it up. Duty free isn't an option for me right now.

Thanks for the help so far.

You don't need the Exquisite with the fancy bottle.... The normal one would suffice.

Ciroc isn't distibuted in Canada so duty free is your only option.

I got this last weekend at Co-Op for $20 a bottle, and it really is superb, and the best at that price point.

The "connoisseurs (read. pretentious)" who would disagree, but, after the first 4, all vodkas are the same - especially in mixed drinks.

I do want to try RS Imperia and Exquisite though.

When I was taking a certified bar tending course years ago, we did a taste test with vodka cocktails, six different bottles ranging from the cheapest to the upper levels and none of us ten students (including the instructor) were even close in guessing the range of "quality". If it is in a cocktail, you're paying for the marketing, bottle and label. Not that there is anything wrong with buying something for "petty status seeking", just as long as you know they all taste the same. Vodka shots, well that would be a different taste test.

I work at liquor depot in brentwood and we sold the last of our ciroc vodka months and months ago. I am almost positive that it is not available in alberta or even canada anymore. Try liquorconnect.com to see if anyone has some left but I wouldnt get my hopes up. If your buddy is a rapper than some hemp vodka might be funny.
