Yeah, this is a very useless playground zone although Google maps would show the playground to be about 100 meters away from 14th Street and 14th Street is fully protected by a 6 foot tall chain link fence - but the province's guidelines at this link certainly do leave a lot of wiggle room for the city to play with.
