Has anyone here rented a trailer off of outdorsy or go RV rentals?
I did last year twice. Worked great
I've heard good things about the RV rentals.

Alright, my portable nexgrill bbq is dead. Looking for recommendations. I like to cook while camping/glamping.

Been super happy with our napoleon travelQ. Had it since the early covid days. https://www.napoleon.com/en/ca/barbe...285-tq285-rd-1This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I have the larger weber Q I got for $200 on a pricing error at home depot a few years back. Besides the price, it works fantastic and out performs the nexgrill from costco by a large margin. I have heard good things about the napoleon but a buddy has one and it doesn't seem to get as hot as the weber and for me personally, the lid clearance would be a problem. No beer butt chicken. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
If you want to get serious get the camp chef system. Best method of propane disposal I know.

I have the Weber q1200 with folding stand. Both pieces fit in the front storage area under the trailer. Sometimes I'll bring a portable charcoal grill if we want to cook for more people.
Terrible for traditional BBQ. The BBQ attachment sucks. It cooks terribly uneven and gets WAY to hot. Plus its small for even a family of 4.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
The camp chef is good for the griddle and for cooking things in pots. For grilling,
Ok I'll agree with that, if your main use is grilling it's not the best, and far heavier than other options. I get a huge kick out of the griddle, I really love that thing, honestly look for excuses to griddle stuff.

I've got a Coleman Road Trip BBQ that I've used twice if you're interested in it? I also have a Napoloeon travel Q as well and that fits better in my trailer so I never use the Coleman anymore. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Yas. The griddle is the best part. I also love our Camp Chef and it suits our 3-person family perfectly, but definitely not ideal for most people. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Hell I wish we camped with MORE people once I'm running that griddle. I could cook many kilos of bacon and hash browns all morning and have a great time.

That was the kids work. I had the little pyros running that this weekend.
Box of redbird 250's, bag of tea lights, bbq lighter, stack of cardboard and let's go.

Also, moved back into stow-away today. Like that place so much better than Stampede City Storage. Better road construction, better drainage, and beter rodent control. Plus the drainage ditch behind every site means you can back in too far, or have too long of a trailer, and it doesn't matter even a little bit. Basically like an extra 5 feet for free.
Plus significantly cheaper than Stampede city too.
Home sweet home:
