Id suggest "Warm white" as well, I made the mistake of not looking and bought Cool white... trailer had an overexposed prison vibe till the new ones came in.

My favorite is 2700k as they are as close to incandescent lighting temperature that you can get.

That sucks. Although looks like you made it somewhere nice to change it. is that in your site? What was the date code on the tires? I've run some sketchy tires before, both knowingly and unknowingly. Actually detonated a tire on my very first trailer before I had even taken it on my very first trip. Had someone on deerfoot flag me down and tell me I was missing one tire, lol. Realized that day I didn't have a jack either.

I'm pretty sure the tires came with the trailer new in 2005, date code is 1005.. No idea why I wouldn't have looked at replacing them.

Luckily it was in our site. I noticed the damage as I went to level the trailer. Super fortunate. The jack didn't quite have the reach to lift the axle but thankfully the 2x4's did the job. The crappy old spare also was leaking so it was down to 10 psi after being filled up in June but managed to find a compressor not too far away.

PSA check your jack and socket situation.

Glad it worked out okay for you. I'd also add for folks to check the dates on thier tires. 10+ years is too long for trailer tires, I know some folks replace proactively at 5 years.

Had a similar experience changing a flat while camping on crown land near Dutch Creek 2 weeks back. Picked up a screw and noticed it leaking while leveling the trailer.

I used the Anderson Rapid Jack. Been sitting in my trailer for years and never used it.
Came in the kit I bought

I prefer this over carrying a heavy jack and all those pieces of wood. Helps me level out in minutes. Only had 1 time where the levelers were not high enough to get me level side to side.

I use something similiar to level out. Wasn't sure if 1 had the capacity to lift the other wheel off the ground.

The Andersen levelers are awesome, and I'm certain that the "jack" version (which is much taller) works great as well. I have adjusted brakes in a Macdonald's parking lot with wooden blocking, much the same principle, just twice as much effort.

I weighed my teardrop on the way back from camping last week. Only thing it was carrying was my mattress, a pillow, a couple sleeping bags and folding chairs, and a telescope mount heh heh heh

Damn you for not posting all three axle weights as well as the two axle weights when you aren't towing. I coukd have used your numbers to show @nzwasp how it works.
