Do you have a link to the Champion one you bought (or the model #)? Doesn't have to be Costco link but looking to read up on it.

There's no stock anywhere right now, if you look at their "Q&A", they've said Costco and Amazon should have them this month.

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

You could try replacing these with bolts instead.
I talked to a guy at Lowe’s he said the screws that came with the jacks were most likely cracked and just let water in that rusted them out.

Anyone replace the factory "short queen" mattress in their RV? I see Endy has an RV specific replacement for $750. Think we'll keep the Winnebago for a while, so considering an upgrade.

I actually think they were nearly 40% low, and that still leaves awesome margin for them to resell. Will get serious about this shortly.
Put out a feeler advert on Kijiji and another dealership contacted me within hours offering 40% more than Woody's. So looks like my math was correct. Need to convince them to do my hail repair under insurance all at once now....

Seems expensive for foam. Buy an Ikea queen mattress and just cut the 3 inches off one end with a bread knife. Save $500.

We just put a regular queen size in and let it hang over …

It is way to savage to sleep on whatever these RV manufacturers call a mattresses

Canadian Mattress Wholesalers has short queen mattresses for very good prices. I paid $500 for mine, they have cheaper ones.

We've rolled with cutting 2 Ikea foam mattresses. Go sit on one to find your firmness liking and cut it with a bread knife at home.

Think the last queen size mattress we bought from there was $280 taxes in. Measured how much to cut off and drew a line down the mattress in sharpie marker and cut with the bread knife.

Anyone want a set of solar panels? Got these from nzwasp a while back. Cabela's brand, 3 panels each 1 foot x 3 foot. Comes in a carry bag with Styrofoam to protect from bumps. Well used, long cables to attach to battery terminals. I think they are 60w total? They aren't marked, but charge controller says 7.2A, so output must be less than that.
First dibs to @Andy643 if he buys my easy start. Everyone else can have them for a six pack of tall boys.
Appreciate you holding the panels but I have no use for them. Will send you a message regarding the EasyStart.

    Absolutely

Second dibs if Andy doesn't want them

We replaced our queen with a memory foam from Amazon for ~$300.
My friend did the same for his "short queen" and ended up using a bread knife and cutting it into a "short queen".

Staying at crimson lake this week. We decided to skip the sleeping bags and just use a fleece blanket each instead, big mistake it’s still 10 degrees overnight and my trailer doesn’t seem to hold as much heat as I thought. Do you guys use sheets and blankets or sleeping bags?

Your trailer doesn’t have a furnace?

Isn’t that kindof the whole point of the trailer camping thing?

We have both but the furnace smells like burnt dust so we rarely use it

We like sleeping in the cold under a nice duvet, so we used sheets/duvet in our trailer. We also have an electric space heater that we kept in the trailer for any really cold nights when we had services. Otherwise, we'd use the propane furnace but really only at the end of the season.

That being said, we just sold our trailer and will have a whole bunch of things for sale that I'm thinking about bundling together and selling for cheap just to get it out of my garage if you guys are interested.
    Some items include:
    - 1500w space heater
    - Electric hand held bug zapper
    - Timed brake controller (tested and works)
    - Heated fresh water hose (used once)
    - Misc. LED trailer ceiling lights bulbs
    - RV lap sealant (1 partially used, 1 brand new)
    - Picnic table cloth (w/clips)
    - Queen sized air mattress, new in the box (I bought it for the pump so I could blow up my raft)
    - Portable garbage bin that hangs a bag from a cupboard door w/lid
    - 20L fresh water jerry can
    - "Weekender" wood bag from Bark Mulch Depot in Springbank (bring it back and you get $10 off your next purchase)
    - A few other things I'm forgetting.
