Anybody have a source for the flat rubber gaskets on a propane tree, same as between a 1 lb disposable bottle and a regulator? Why are these things so miserable to find. I’ve tried the ones from Amazon and they are too small.

Well, stow away storage is full, my buddy in the country has a lake in his yard, so I have tucked in my Puma at Stampede City storage. Nice folks up there, looks like a good facility. It's also nearly full. Storage is at a premium!

Ordered led 912 bulbs for interior and some curved levels for exterior.
And ordered 2 Goodyear endurance tires from Bobby to replace a pair that are date code 2010. Yikes! The other two are code 2020.
Where did you get the LED bulbs from?

I flipped a trailer over the last month and it sold within 90 mins of posting the ad. The market is definitely moving things quick but its really only for reasonable deals. There is some looney folks asking stupid money for units because they think they can capitalize on the market or they are so far underwater they can't take any less.

If you have an 8-10 year old bunk house or couples trailer they are going for $20k all day and quick.

Yes, "half ton towable bunk house" is a hot market. Even with some visible damage or closer to 20 years old seem to be 15k mostly. Which is why I was so happy to get mine for $11k, even if I knew it needed 2 tires and batteries.

I flipped a 2012 couples unit and it was probably a 7/10 outside. Inside was pretty solid though. It went for $18.5k. $15k seems to be the floor for sure for bunks.

I figure I might be able to sell my trailer for what I bought it for. Problem is I want a bigger trailer now.

Maybe I'm mixing you up with a different user but didn't you just get a brand new one?

Market is still good. Good ones are getting snagged up pretty quick.
I'm considering upgrading from a 24 yr old to a <14 yr old unit with bunks.

Got a 2019 last year. Thought I paid too much, but smaller trailers are going for the same price these days.

Had a new quartz countertop made to replace the pressboard piece of shit that was falling apart due to a drop of water hitting it. Installed it this morning.

I got 12k for a unit with 10k in hail damage, tired roof seals and the need for 4x new tires.

Putting the battery switch into the new double GC2 box. I really enjoy that kind of work.

Had to restrain myself from buying a new crimper for thicker wires, because 10 gauge is plenty. Even though it would be fun to crimp up some 2ga.

Then I got wondering more, what is the max amperage draw or charge current that you could see with trailer batteries? Internet says 30A, or 200 A, and I feel like it's probably between those.

Charge, check the fuse panel coming from the ac to dc charger for fuse size. From the tow vehicle, probably 15A max.
Discharge, could be anything but depends on what's hooked up, again, probably get an idea from the dc panel. There should be a fuse or two that connect the dc bus to the batteries. 30 amps sounds about right.

Its funny, that question is harder to answer conclusively than I thought. Short term loads on things like slide motors and furnace fan can be very high (inrush current) but that's for 1 second or so. Steady draw much lower.
