Okay cool, I'll have to find someone the next time I go as I didn't see any with the other batteries on my last Costco trip. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Do you happen to recall how much they cost when you purchased?
These are running for $200 from here so wondering if they're worth the extra $ if the price difference is nominal - https://www.cdnrg.com/products/US2200-UTL
Worth it for the warranty. We just talked about that very recently.

They run out real quick. I bought the last two in March last year, they didn't get any more in for the rest of the year.
Snagged the last 2 at Deerfoot location an hour ago, ran in to grab something to smoke this weekend and lucked out.
$160 plus $10 core fee per batt, good to go.
What brand are they ? ^
Kirkland, which are made by Johnson controls who builds optima, interstate, and a dozen other brands
Seems like Johnson is very large.
that sounds like about what I paid. nice work. Mine have been freakin' great. So much joooooooos! This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
From what I hear, the Kirkland GC2 6V batteries are 90% of the quality of Trajan T105 at 50% of the cost. A good value.

I don't take my own advice though. I continue to nurse along my shagged out ancient Trojans.

Ive ran Rolls, Trojan and Costco over the years. Honestly, the Costco is the way I would go in the future. 95% of people dont have the charging systems to properly charge large batteries (undersized on the current side) and chronically undercharge them. With that in mind spending less and replacing them a year sooner would probably have better results.
That being said I will say if you are hell bent on getting the best battery possible id go Rolls over Trojan. Better to support a Canadian company, and the quality is top-notch.
Here's the charging profile for them if you can adjust your setup!

Where is the best place to get firewood?
Preferably the NW area of the city.
I got wood from these guys last year and it's the best wood I've bought out here - https://www.kijiji.ca/v-buy-sell-oth...7675?undefined
Definitely not NW though
Anywhere doing kiln dried birch is awesome.

Bark Mulch Depot if you're in the NW.
I had a guy deliver me 1/3 cord of seasoned birch for $220. If you want his name PM me.
FYI It's not really advertised, but if you call your Costco and select the Membership Information option, you'll eventually get through to the member/returns desk. I use it all the time for SKU/stock checks. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Pretty good deal on a decent little inverter generator. I bought mine at Lowes for $500 (on sale from $700) last year and have liked it so far.
Great, more gennies turning on to use the microwave or have coffee, and then forgetting about them for 3 hours. I'd pay an extra $90/year for K country to be Genny free
