I didn't think anything can hover above Aspen since it's sitting on a very high pedestal.
99.999817% chance of grow op
I was thinking it was probably a couple residents going for test-drives.Originally posted by lilmira

Who cares? I see HAWC's flying around at least three times a week in any given part of the NW. I'm sure it's even more frequent in other places (NE).
Chasing kids on skateboards.
Went for a ride a long time ago in it and they are not allowed to use IR to search for grow-ops. Not sure the rules, but it's strictly forbidden.Originally posted by Sugarphreak
Are they equipped with infrared camera's to detect them from the air?
That being said I'm sure that there have been numerous "anonymous" tips generated after a "sighting" haha.

i wondered how a draftsman lived over there
I could hear it buzzing about, seemed like they were looking for someone.
Agreed.... I'm sure such an incredible tool doesn't go completely unused - Even if only to illuminate houses of interest, or to confirm rumors.Originally posted by sillysod

I imagine the advent of the home data-center has muddied the water. I know a few turbo nerds that must stand out to the FLIR.
