I really want one...Maybe I'll get my buddy in Florida to get me an AT&T yellow one and get it unlocked. They're much cheaper down there. Has anyone gotten one unlocked yet?

“I don’t understand bus lanes. Why do poor people have to get to places quicker than I do?” -Jeremy Clarkson
About the same, although average days I have 30% or more left after a full days use. There have been a few odd days that the battery has been bad though, think this is a bug in windows.Originally posted by A790
I get about 14 hours of usage per charge. Full screen brightness, bluetooth always on, etc.

You can turn the preflash off in the settings and turn on "night" shots for pretty good quality too!Originally posted by flipstah
That's a good representation, ZEDGE.
It has an LED preflash so to speak whether you like it or not so you get good quality night shots.
I'm in YVR right now so I can't post pics that easily haha!

What is it that you like about ativ comparing against lumia? I haven't seen a real one yetOriginally posted by kaput
I test drove an Ativ at Telus last night and despite the hype around the Lumia, I think I prefer the Ativ. Has anyone else played with one yet?
Good comparison of Ativ and 920 here. Just up today.

Just when I was about to buy a yellow one.... I may just wait a few months to see what's going on with this rumor:

The review on it I read said that the buttons are hard to press since the case was a bit on the thick side.Originally posted by BMW Power

There are rumors that Wind may be getting a 920...hope thats true cuz I am itching to get this phone, and don't want to buy unlocked as I much rather use the tab.
I have a case you can have PM me to arrange pick up. Includes screen protector.
Well, Google is now redirecting anyone using IE mobile (all Windows Phone users) who goes to maps.google.com to google.com/m
Looks like no more google maps via web browser - at least gmaps still works.
Redditors have confirmed by changing the User-Agent string to 'Windows Phone' on another browser that it will have the same effect.
Who even uses google maps in their mobile browser?
Just use Bing Maps or Nokia maps on WP. Nokia drive is better than google navigation anyway imo and I'm a Android fanboy lol. Although I am loving my 920 right now.
Googles reason is rather flawed.

I've had to a few times for traffic information (when I visit TO I did this quite a lot). I can't use Nokia maps cause I still have a Samsung Focus.Originally posted by ZEDGE

Yeah Google's reason is seriously flawed. While no one expects them to directly support it, it doesn't explain explicitly blocking it.
The drive app on the lumias is fantastic as is, so won't miss google maps. How does google make money anyways from their map service on mobile phones...if google was to drop apple for example all together, wouldn't it make more people want to switch to their own platform...don't really understand why they offer an apple version of their software..is it laced with ads? Surely Google doesn't have to support anyone but android platform if it really wanted to
Since Nokia revamped the Maps app, its been way useful for me. I also like how the GPS doesn't have to depend on data to work!
saved my butt many times in the Philippines!
As for the camera quality, lets just say I've primarily used my 920 and totally forgot I brought my G10.
Its that good.

Looks like maps will be back shortly
Sure they don't have to, but it's just bad business and PR. Especially from a company with a mission statement of "don't be evil". You don't see microsoft redirecting google.ca to bing.ca on windows computers, do you?Originally posted by eblend

Dick move by google. So much for the "free and open internet" they have been advocating.
Makes sense. Would be funny as shit if Microsoft backfired at Google and made all Windows based computer redirect Google to Bing haha, they both rely on each other pretty heavily. Would be bad PR for Microsoft, but would be much worse for Google if all of the sudden most of the world couldn't use their serviceOriginally posted by sabad66
