Little update:
Bench has typically been my weakest lift of the three major lifts. So as of last Monday I have started the Candito 6 week strength program.

Easily I have seen the most improvement in my bench (current 1RM 285lbs)
Tuesdays programming was
195x10 210x8 and 220x6 for bench plus accessory work. Never in my life have I done this sort of volume or weight.
Today's squat program is
345x10 for opening set followed off by back off sets, 10 sets of 3 @340.
Also current Macros are as follows
High carb
2640 cals 370 carb 200 pro 40fat
Low carb
2291 carbs 200 pro 231 fat 63
on this deficit I have slowly been dropping .8-1.2 lbs a week. (today's weight 181.4)

Recently signed up at Peak Power in town strictly for Power lifting. Coachs are Barry Antoniow and Michael Souster. Pretty excited about this and loving the facility so far. First competition looks to be in February

Finished my first ever meet this past weekend
My total was 470KG. Great experience and good place to meet new people with the same passion. I came in 2kg over weight. So I was bumped up to 92KG class. I did however still end up finishing third in that class.
Only footage I have at the moment is from my squat. Hope to post a full re-cap later on
