My wife has 5 pairs. Low maintenance women FTW!Originally posted by rage2
3 pairs. She's a keeper.
my chick has about 15 pairs in the front closet. I was going to bitch at her but I had around 12 pairs in that same closet and another 5 stashed in the bedroom closet. any shoes that cost over $300 only come out on special occasions. again as long as they are organized and out of the way its fine.
yesterday my chick was complaining that I always leave my drawer open in the washroom that I keep my toothpaste etc in. i flipped that around to say we need to upgrade to self closing drawers and we wouldn't be having this convo lol.
Tap, Rack, BANG!
Why do you guys need so many shoes?? Haha... Not counting sports use shoes, I have 2 pairs (both pretty much the same haha).
Then a pair of shoes for the winter.
The wife has ~5 that's in rotation for daily wear by the garage door. I keep three pairs. Dress shoes, hiking shoes and flip flops. Gym shoes stay in my gym bag. After that, she's got ~20 in individual clear plastic containers to keep dust off and give visibility without opening shoeboxes. Then there's the larger boxes of boots somewhere else. Going to a wedding in a few weeks. We're going shoe shopping soon.
Someday we may need to activate the halo structure off Deerfoot and destroy the North East.
My wife has a lot of pairs of shoes (+25)...However if I were to count my own, I would suspect I'm roughly 80% of what she has.
I have 3 pairs dress shoes, multiple pairs of skate/running/casual shoes, shoes to work around the house in, 3 or 4 pairs of sandals, work boots...etc. I like shoes to coordinate with my outfit/belt/watch.
Just thought I would chime in...
I have 7 pairs of shoes at work alone...at my old job, i had 10+ pairs.
I have well over 80 pairs at home...and are quite scattered.

I'd say 15-20... really not much for her.
I have 6 pairs of footwear. Includes snowboarding boots, bike shoes, hikers, walkers, rollerblades. Wife has probably 20ish.. Daughter (4 yr old) has probably 40ish. All rapidly being reduced as of this weekend because I've had enough of too many shoes.
She has 15 pairs. That's not bad.
For myself I have 12!

Shit, there's only 49 users here, I doubt we'll even break 100
Oh my fuck. I don't think science has uncovered a measuring mechanism that can quantify the sheer size of her shoe collection.
I'm pretty sure if she donated her shoes to African children, every man, women and child would have a closet that could rival any of the Real Housewives.
I don't care. Her Money.
lol i have 2 workout and 3 work shoes at the office, then 4-5 sneakers at home, boots, dress shoes, 2-3 casual shoes
my fiance has the same or even less shoes than me. keeper!
Ya my wife has less pairs than I do. However, I have about 20 pairs of shoes. She would have more if I wasn't the controller of all monies lol
she has them stacked under her walk in closet shelves.
About 12 feet of shoe boxes stacked 3 high. Can't be bothered to do the math.
She has at least another 10 in the coat closet for day to day.
I don't mind though, it's the only way I can justify spending money on cars.
Shes got crates of them downstairs but dont you dare throw them out... theres an outfit 2 years down the road that will require that pair. I have 3-5 pairs of shoes and she throws them out if they look beat up.. lost my beloved garage/weekend warrior DC's the other week.. lost apart of me that day.
I MAKE BALLER CARS MORE BALLER.....
How's that even possible to have <5 pairs?
We are including everything right? Flip flops too?

Over 25 pairs for sure...I don't bother to count though because they are hidden everywhere.
She probably has under 10. Sometimes they're in the way - If I trip over them coming into the house they're thrown into the back of the closet and I tell her I threw them away.
Then I lock her back in her cage.
