Anybody use it? Is it real? I am sitting at the core of downtown on 3G on my iPhone 5.
When I first opened my phone, I saw LTE for about 10 minutes. Haven't seen it since. Seems like a mythical unicorn.

My wife just received her iPhone 5 last week on Fido. The LTE has been working great, both in downtown and now additional parts of the City (seems like they just upgraded their coverage this past weekend). Using the speedtest.net app, she's been getting approx. 30-35mbps downloads. Much faster than using wifi on Shaw Extreme internet at home! It's just too bad Fido doesn't carry the S3; otherwise, I'd be upgrading from my iPhone 3GS already. Might just have to go through retentions myself, get the iPhone 5, sell it, then buy an S3 instead.

The Rogers/Fido LTE network was down last week. Maybe it's down again for more "upgrades"

I got the official txt from Rogers saying LTE is in Calgary.
Doesn't it only kick over to LTE when it's using data, and then back to 3G for voice/text to conserve battery?
That's what my Nexus does, it switches to HSPA+ for data and 3G for everything else.
im with fido and seems to work fine, although i did notice last week it was 3g at times, but has since been LTE
