Keep an eye on your Telus bill.
Just noticed a $7.00 and $3.16 charge on my latest Telus internet bill for something called "Additional Email". Contacted Telus and they confirm it is a mistake and they are working on it. I asked if it was wide spread and it appears to be at least somewhat:

We have identified your account so if it does happen to appear on your bill next month, you wonÕt need to call in because we will automatically correct it for you. Thank you for your patience while we work through this issue.
