Is there any cards out there that let's you pay your mortgage on your cc? Someone was saying this at the table beside me at dinner yesterday

It's your mortgage holder that dictates that, not the CC company.
I think that only works if you buy visa gift cards first

They made some slight tweaks to the lounge type you can access but it’s still a good card if you travel frequently! This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
If they do, you're paying for it one way or another. There's no way an institution would take on that level of fees just because. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I only use metal cards now. Keep in my front coat pocket in front of my heart. Just in case someone tries to assaainate me with a direct shot to my most vital organ. Iykyk.

I've been using the Rogers WE Mastercard as my base card for a couple years. Any time I'm not trying to earn welcome bonus for churning or specialty cases where some of my other cards get 3% cash back, I'll use the Rogers WE.
New change starting in April will make it 2% cashback on everything if you have a Rogers/Fido service and if you redeem that cashback on a Rogers/Fido service it is multiplied by 1.5x (so you get 3% back). It's also 3% cashback on USD (so actually 3% * 1.5x - 2.5%FX = 2% net). Usual World Elite benefits plus 5 free Roam like Home days per year.
There was $15k min spend per year, but I'm not sure if they actually every demoted anyone who didn't spend that. New changes remove that requirement.

Triangle wOrLd eLiTe SELECT doesn't auto-renew and I haven't renewed it, yet.
How long do I have to wait to be considered a "new customer" again so they'll give me the $50 signup bonus and whatever other bullshit?
Ya this is turning into a sweet deal. I had $60 in cashback recently but when I redeemed it for my Shaw bill the value goes up to $90 (x1.5) which covered our bill for the month. Pretty dope! This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I have the AMEX Aeroplan Reserve card and it has been amazing (it's a credit card with limit, not a charge card). Yes, I am Calgary based and WestJet dominates, but the AC flying experience coupled with this card is higher level, with spend qualifications (through my commitment) that have given me 35K with lounge access on domestic, priority boarding, preferred seats, three checked bags free, priority standby, metal card, annual companion and a host of other things that keep me loyal and happy and pay for the annual fee. This year they announced airport priority services when flying United and Lufthansa which makes transborder flying that much more easier with UA including priority boarding. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. I fly Economy. I also have the WestJet Mastercard which is a nothing to be honest and comes with no privileges other than one piece checked luggage. Does it even give priority boarding? I have zero fee on it because of RBC. One thing I dislike about WestJet is that flights to USA require a day off, they are timed for families mostly that leave in the mid morning.
Flying Air Canada, even with a connection in Vancouver with Lounge access and food and open bar elevate the experience for the times I want to fly. I am price conscious and don't get me wrong I still fly WestJet when convenient, but I find AC and the AMEX Aeroplan Reserve card's elevated experience worth sticking to AC metal. The card is absolutely worth it.
