Anyone recently get a car shipped via rail?

Anyone have any recent experiences with shipping a car via rail? Does Searail (Livingston now) still suck?

I had a car shipped from Van to Cgy a little while ago with Livingston. car was pristine when it left van. It arrived in Calgary with moderate amount of front end damage. the car above it in the container apparently slid onto it. Livingston didn't make the repairs easy either. In the future I'm going to take the time to drive it in if at all possible.
