jus curious, since to take money out of a paypal account, u need a lot more than standard info (crediot card #, name, exp date, CCV2(3 digits on the back) ) theres actually a 4 digit verif # on ur credit card statement, so w/ all that info im guessin the guy isnt using some1 elses identity to do it, so if it is whoever he says he is, cant you jus say to the police that yes this is wat happened, this is name, and its done?

See if you can find a NJ forum and then post your story and any personal info of the scam artist.
Two months ago, a guy from NC signed up on Beyond to see if he could find the eBay scammer who didn't send him his stuff. Anyway, in 48 hours the situation was apparently resolved.
