The Enzo is back

Looks like ZR Auto's Enzo has been fixed up by the lads at Edo competition. Spotted on the Autobahn a couple days ago

For those who do not remember, is this is an already modified by edo competition Enzo, which was overthrown in the 2011 Rally Newfoundland in the Atlantic Ocean. Immediately thereafter, the Enzo was flown to Germany so that we could immediately begin the necessary work. The removal of salt water and all damaged parts were the basis for a rebuild. At this time, it was also decided to conduct special aerodynamic conversions and increase the performance again, and indeed to 950 hp! The new car design is based FXX the look, but includes many more details. Also has a completely new interior custom built and newly developed edo ZXX rims complete this unique design, superb look to the smallest detail. Now, nearly a year later, he is almost finished. Name on the seats is a little flashy but what an awesome car.

meh, much prefer the stock look. The little tunnels around the tail lights are stupid...unless you are directly behind the car you would never know he is braking

I like the look of it and I'm very excited to see he decided to fix it rather than get rid of it. So from the writeup it sounds like that was the mechanics driving it and it'll be flown back to Zahir by the end of the year.

I believe that's where the exhaust was routed to on the FXX. They've opted for the same style here. I believe brakelight function is now achieved by the circle lights below the old tail light location.

EDO tool the engine and did a complete rebuild on it, upping the compression was one of the many upgrades.

Don't really want to still the pot , but there are a few rumors going arround that he intentionally spun the car out at the Targa NFLD to get an issuance payout to have EDO rebuild the car. There sure are lots of jealous people out there.

I'd be curious to see if anyone can get the VIN for this car and do a car fax to see if it will have a in-active or rebuilt status.

Nice car either way, I wonder if any other Enzo owners will get EDO to sup their Enzos...

Kinda odd they didn't dyno it and post it and instead just make up a random number ... you'd think that would be a bare minimum if you're going to rebuild the engine

I thought this was going to have info on the new Enzo thats supposed to be unveiled late this year, I am dissapoint.
