I have a sister in law that went thru a abusive relationship with a hybrid black guy. From what I've experienced first hand and observed. The police service can only do what is within the law. 2 black eyes and covered in dirt still refuses to say she was beat up. Lacey's mother can be all pissed she wants but she also played a part in the whole situation. Honestly if she was that worried about he daughters safety she could of went above and beyond.
