Command Start CS2500, CS200 Installation Manuals?

Hello, I have a Command Start CS200 installed in a '96 F-250 7.5 L EFI I purchased used a few years ago. The remote start works, but the power locks were not wired to the Command start, so I need both the Ford and CSI fobs on the key chain. I would like to complete the installation and only have to carry one key fob.
I also have a '97 F-250 7.3 L diesel I've had since new. When I had the Command Start CS2500 installed, I was given an operators manual, but they would not let me have a copy of the installation manual. Up until I changed both batteries, the Command start would wait for the glow plugs to cycle before starting. After changing the batteries, it no longer waits for the glow plugs. It would sure be great to correct this.
When I contacted the shop that installed it, I was told they no longer had Command Start literature and suggested a replacement. I think I can fix it if I had the installation manual.
This forum is the only resource I've found for Command Start. I see it's been a while since there was a request for the installation manuals.
I hope someone still has the CS2500 and CS200 installation manuals they would be willing to share. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank for any reply, Grant.

Hey Strugari,
I sent you an email and found this thread right after. I have a command start and I'm not entirely sure what model it is. the remote says cs-555 and the back of the antenna says cs260i/cs250i/cs200 if it would help i coud probably upload a picture of the main module as well. Any help anyone could give me on finding an insatllation manual would be much appreciated.
