Don't know if he's being a troll or not, but seriously the pictures look brutal. I even thought maybe officials were exaggerating when they stopped running the subways and evacuated people, but the damage seriously looks way worse than I imagined. This will definitely be a top 5 natural disaster in terms of cost, but it also killed at least 50 people. I couldn't imagine the damage done by SEA WATER flooding the subway system and underground networks and what not. There's going a LOT of copper wire that will need to be dug up and replaced.
