Those prices are insane..
$349 for a 16GB unlocked Nexus 4. Wow.
$399 for the nexus 10 is sweet too.
They will all be available on the Google Play store.

Nexus 4 by LG: There's not a whole lot about this phone we didn't know, but it's now official. You'll be able to get an unlocked Nexus 4 starting Nov. 13. There's an 8GB version for $299, and a 16GB version for $349. There currently are no LTE versions.
Nexus 7 refreshed: This guy's been around for a few months now. The bottom end is now a 16GB version for $199, and 32GB for $249. You can find it in various retailers already.
Nexus 10 announced: Samsung's back with a 10-inch Nexus tablet. Pure Google. It's running $399 for a 16GB version, and $499 for a 32GB model. It'll be available Nov. 13 in the U.S., UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Canada and Japan.

2560 X 1600
The rumors I read said it was an OLED though, so too bad that wasn't true.
And they got rid of the OLED on the Nexus?? nooooooooo. The screen was the #1 selling point for me.
The IPS LCD is superior in pretty much every way.Originally posted by Mitsu3000gt

Is it a new technology or something? Every OLED I've seen so far has blown away the IPS equivalents. For example my Nexus screen looks a million times better than my iPhone 4S screen which is an IPS. I don't think they can match the contrast levels of OLED.Originally posted by ZEDGE

Nevermind, totally missed the point ha-ha.
OLED looks nice but it over saturates colors, has ghosting issues, and also its pentile matrix. The screen on the Galaxy nexus is pretty bad for all of these. The S3 is much better but still not at the levels of an IPS LCD. Go look at an HTC one X. The screen on it shits all over an OLED screen.Originally posted by Mitsu3000gt

The nexus 10 should be OLED though.

Play store updated with info pages for each.

I'll have to compare the two, I guess. Just because it's a phone, I think I prefer the OLED look as it's not like it's for home theater. I can't see the pentile on the Nexus unless I hold it a few inches from my face which I never do. I've never noticed ghosting either.Originally posted by ZEDGE

I hope I like it, then I will probably get the Nexus 4. If that's $299 on contract that seems a bit steep! I'd just pay the extra $300 and buy outright.
EDIT: $359 CAD outright buy, that's awesome.
No its unlocked off contract. The prices are crazy. $349 for a 16GB unlocked phone!!
An S3 16GB off contract is $599 and the Nexus 4 is better in pretty much every way other than no LTE or SD card.
Ok I'm watching the windows phone 8 press event now.
:nerd:
it doesnt seem like their selling it through carriers. i think its just only coming straight unlocked from the play storeOriginally posted by Mitsu3000gt

I think you're right...and I bet the 8GB is $299. Can't seem to preorder that one though, just the 16GB.Originally posted by ajooo

Sounds like some carrier politics why the phone doesn't come with LTE which looks like the only drawback. I'm always on wifi anyway and hspa+ is pretty damn fast.
Googles business model is going to put a lot of pressure on a lot of different businesses, carriers, OEM's and other fruity competitors.
Can't wait for wireless charging!
Easily my Xmas present to myself. Too bad selling my current nexus might not fetch a great price now.
What would be my best shot for buying a Nexus10 on launch day? Order it through Google Play or go to a FS/BB?
Well you can try selling it right now and hope you can pull a fast one on someone like this guyOriginally posted by GoChris
