Crowchild was glorious for a while during the covid shutdown. Now is almost back to normal days. The paving, construction at 24ave combined with "new" drivers who haven't driven much in the past few months form a holy trinity.

You realize you are talking to the guy who made his own furniture out of salad bowls right?

I agree with Sentry, if I’m doing 90km/h I’m blowing past everyone between 24th and Shag.

Maybe whatever youre driving has better rear view mirror presence and people move over. I've never had to pass on the right as much as my commute home every day for the last 8 years lol
Sshhh! Don't tell everyone the secret lifehack of navigating Crowchild. Right lane is definitely the way. Those people quickly move to the exit lane to Sarcee or Shag and it's wide open. Also the Dalhousie lane end/personal pass point are great.

I dunno what Crowchild you're on haha. I've never had a problem going over 80 even during rush hour. Exception is Sunday, that's when the slow ass drivers come out.
I only ever use northbound Crowchild on Sunday. I don't get what it is with that day but everyone's okay with driving 10-20km/h under.

It's worse for the next year while the middle lane is closed... lol

I actually kinda like the middle lane closed off on Memorial right now. People are clueless even though there are signs and they get stuck behind it trying to change lanes, while I fly by on the left and cut in right after it opens up again haha

Had the day off today. Ran errands thru the day. Made sure I drove Crowchild all 3 trips. Was getting passed non stop doing 90 in the right lane. Miata struggled to go much faster, eventually able to hit 100. By that time everyone was long gone.
