    Default Snow Removal/Lawn Mowing Companies

For Christmas I'm thinking of getting my parents a service that comes and removes snow from their driveway/walk in the winter months and mows their lawn in the summer months.

I know this is a monthly fee type of service and I'm fine with that since my parents are getting a bit older. Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for companies they've used or know of some reputable ones.

    Thanks.

    Great company.
How long have you been using these guys? I've tried atleast 10 different companies in the last 2-3 years. I really need a good company to work with.

I've yet to find a good one, they usually show up on time the first time or 2, then they show up a week late, then they show up whenever is convenient for them or not at all.
We stopped checking for monsters under our beds when we realized they were inside us.

^ Thats the problem. Any flunky with a push mower, a line trimmer and some truck can start a landscaping company. I think there is something like 900 landscape companies in lower Alberta alone.
Avoid Bugaboo landscaping, Explosive landscaping & Decade 90 as well. I've heard quite a bit of bad press about Peter Hughes as well from various people.

That's my concern. Last thing I want to do is pay monthly for some flunky to not show up.
