I try to always see abs even if its just a tiny tiny outline lol. I would say when I bulk for 6months straight dirty I can get up there . Around 13-14% tops at the end of it. Leanest I have ever been is 6%

Dumbbells? I work out at home and hit 85 for 5 sets of 4-6 on the flat. Unfortunately it's shoulder pain that is limiting me and keeping me from pushing harder.
