So I took my car in for that squealing sound that I posted about a few weeks ago. I took the service advisor for a ride and showed him it. At the end of the day I went to pick up my car and he told me he could not replicate it with the tech and had no solution for me. Oh, the car had 40 km more and a quarter of a tank of gas less. Fail.

Currently running the OEM PS2s. Have a backup set of wheels that came with Hankook Ventus V12 Evos...they are a cheaper option.

Tirerack shows them as coming in at the end of the month. I'm on my wear bars on the back and am supposed to leave on a road trip in two weeks. Damn. I think I'll have to settle for something else. One annoying thing is that the Michelins are CHEAP in Canada. You don't really save anything going to a a Hankook or Conti.

BTW, I'm going to head up and hit Castrol on August 30th if anyone else is interested in heading up with me. There will be a couple of Vs from Edmonton there as well.
I'm also looking at hitting some street legal dates in September...gotta take advantage of some better fall air! If anyone is interested, let me know and we can coordinate.

I just cleaned my coupe... Fawwwkkkk was it dirty! The back collects dust like there's no tomorrow. In 4 months it's accumulated more dust in the back, then my first Escalade did in 5 years without ever cleaning it...

I have my factory rims with the factory rubber still and I'm just going to be chucking the tires if you want them? There's plenty of tread left I think, and I'm putting Nittos on the factory wheels soon, when they finally arrive that is...
Let me know if you want them and we'll figure out a way to get them off mine and on your wheels.

Went to get my tire repaired today. Too close to the sidewall, have to replace the tire.
I made the call to just replace both fronts.
CMP rocks, getting 2 new PS2 fronts tomorrow morning
