    Default Alternatives to Tiffany jewellery?

My wife has not so subtly hinted that she wants a necklace for Christmas and pointed out a couple Tiffany styles that she likes. The only thing is, I find that Tiffany is getting to be a bit too common.

I bought her Cartier earrings for her birthday, but I don't really want to keep that up.

Any in-between brands for us fake ballers?

Is she Chinese and does she like gold? Chow Sang Sang and Chow Tai Fook haha.

    What about some Mikimoto pearls?

Tiffany is quite pricey for the materials you get, but the brand is certainly nice. e.g., on the low end I would trust that if they say it's 925 that it's actually 925. But I can't justify paying hundreds of dollars too often for "charms" when spot price of silver is only ~$30 / oz.
Someday we may need to activate the halo structure off Deerfoot and destroy the North East.

Links of London, as mentioned, has some pretty nice stuff.

The gf has liked the stuff I've gotten her from there and said she prefers it to tiffany.

    You have baller problems!

The best alternative to having to buy Tiffany is indeed a non-asian gf/wife.

Otherwise, the above option of Gem by Carati is likely your best bet. Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestions. Keep them coming.

So far, the closest is probably Links of London. I never thought to check there because we both dislike their godawful washer bracelet that everyone has.

Funny story about that, we saw a girl wearing one in Hong Kong. She loved it instantly, but we had no idea what it was.
Next day, we saw it in the window of a Cartier boutique and found out that it's $6,000

I don't think there are many brands that can substitute tiffany & co here in Canada. Only option I could think is the accessory sections in Holt since they carry variety of brands there as well as Links.
Swarovski is not really in the same class as Tiffany's considering how Swarovski uses rodhium mostly but they do have nice accessories. Prices aren't necessarily cheap but they are affordable and nice.

True, but it's a nice piece that she'll hopefully have forever and can possibly give to a daughter at some point.
