Default ISIS beheading U.S. journalist James Foley.

Very disturbing. R.I.P. The guy who behead Foley apparently had a British Accent. Also i was watching some European news and some of the ISIS militants that were killed by U.S air strikes carried U.S passports and one British Passport.

    That is sad, RIP.

This then starts more and escalated US deployments in IRAQ now.

    So much for "Civic Nationalism".

Crazy. But expected. Plunge a region 50 years into the past, foster chaos, make mo money.

They (the west) are now sending weapons to the Kurds.

Up to now they've just been beheading fleeing civilians, enemy soldiers, Christians, Kurds, Shias, and anyone else who was middle eastern that looked at them funny. But now they've crossed the line to beheading a WHITE guy that chose to be there?!?! My God, send in the Marines!

    US help created ISIS.....

As far back as 2012, John McCain was advocating the arming of Syrian rebels. And he continued that call through 2013 and beyond. For some reason, folks in Washington paid attention to that. Here, John McCain was advocating arming the same folks who killed American troops.

He even went to Syria and took a picture with them.

And so, we sent small arms over to Syria. And what happened?

A particular segment of the rebels -- ISIS -- consolidated a bunch of the territory in Syria, including oil wells, using some of those arms. This allowed them funding, and an extended campaign across Syria and into Iraq, raiding the Iraqi Army of its American-made vehicles and weapons - military equipment that was only there because of Senator McCain's support for an invasion of Iraq in the first place.

In many ways, all the moves that Senator McCain supported allowed ISIS to form and grow. There is no organized insurgency in Syria. Rebels fight with rebels who fight with rebels. There was no possible course of action that would have allowed moderate rebels to fight ISIS. That is simply the words of something afraid to admit their opinions on Syria have let to chaos in Iraq.

Wow - there's a biased article if I've ever seen one.

Never like McCain, but that's clearly a one-sided piece.

Try this one on for size.

US did not directly create ISIS but by helping rebels, they did. There isn't a anti-establishment force that US doesn't like.

This is Al Qaeda, next generation.

I know I came across a bit Toma-ish today but:

    http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews...o-war-in-syria

I remembered many questioned about arming the Syrian rebels but they went ahead anyway. $250M. Instead of nailing Assad trying to weaken Lebanon and Iran, splinter group turn around and went to Iraq with the toys and what we have is today.

I didn't even read the articles, but regardless if they are biased or not - it's not a hard concept to grasp.

Folks now known as ISIS were the "rebels" in Syria fighting Bashar al Assad. The US provided weapons/aid to them and they morphed into ISIS.

    Rocket science isn't it!

The amazing part is Al Qaeda was pretty much quarantined in the 90s and wasn't even common household name til 9/11.

ISIS seems to spread much faster and recruit many western educated kids into its fold which is well verse in social media to spread its ideology/propaganda.

Here is undeniable evidence where the ZioAmericans setup the gassing of civilians in Syria.
    25:30 - 32:30

My take is that Foley was originally taken hostage to ward off other western journalist to uncover the Al Qaeda 2.0 terror campaigns. His execution could also be purposely planned to pull the heart strings of brainwashed Americans and people around the world to think that this is one of the excuses (more Americans dying) why the US is not helping in stopping these terrorist.

I wouldn't go as far as saying they did it on purpose. Just a consequence they didn't expect. Pretty sure they are kicking themselves for getting involved in the first place. Too late now to switch sides and aid Assad in fighting them off.

Shit is FUBAR to say the least.

If they regretted such decisions, they would stop doing it over and over again. It's a chance they're willing to take for their ends.

Why the hell are journalists there anyway when they know terrorists are out to get them?

There is one thing that all of this proves to me. Oil is king.

They initially demanded the equivalent of $132 million ransom, which was dropped to $10 million.

Umm... Yeah, for a reporter... Umm... Just saying that I wouldn't pay $1 million to get an unnamed federal MP back.

That Isis is in the oil rich area that easily makes hundreds of millions of dollars every day in exports, and where military equipment in the billion dollar range are traded on a regular basis - Just tells me how out of touch they are with how much the US dollar still can buy (A one star general would also not be worth $100 million)
    Cocoa $12,000 per ton.

One view on this is that journalists usually untouched because either side may need them to show their narrative and perspective of the conflict. But now with Facebook and Twitter, journalists are no longer needed and better value as hostages.

Americans don't need to arm them. Let's recap:

Iran was progressive but want to nationalize oil. US and UK engineered a coup.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1953_Iranian_coup_d'%C3%A9tat

Then the Muslims took over Iran and US is like oh shit, let's arm Iraq to fight them.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_...%80%93Iraq_war

Crazy Saddam got Iraq under control because dude is brutal but made the mistake going into Kuwait. Gulf War 1.

Meantime, Russia fucked up Afghanistan and US backs Al Qaeda as rebels to fight proxy war against Russia.

Al Qaeda came back to US for 9/11, US went into Afghanistan to clean up what they made and went into Iraq anyway and dis-stabilized the region. Ethnic split/fights ensue.

Arab spring, Syria destabilized and American saw a chance to break the Lebanon/Syria/Iran bloc and supported the rebels.

Rebels took the money and weapon and expand into Iraq instead.

Do you see a pattern here? (heck I ain't even throwing in other regions that America has pulled the same shit, Vietnam?).

This is the extreme end of Islam, or some will even say it's not Islam. You can call it Scientology or whatever you want. When people assemble behind any radical mythical ideology, the result will always be the same.
