Calgary Food Bank Donations

So today's CBC Food Bank Blitz Day, and the last day for donations against my charity this year. For this year, I spent a week without a car, relied on transit, and wrote about it daily hoping to raise some money. You can read my 7 day blog entries here:

We have a pretty lofty goal of $10k (which we made last year), and hopefully with your help we can hit the number again. It's a tax deductable donation, and you'll receive a tax receipt from the Food Bank when you make your donation. Email the receipt to [email protected] for a user rating bump. I'm also taking the highest single donator and their significant other out for dinner at Ruth's Chris after the new years.

The Food Bank is lacking in food donations this year too, so if you have extra non perishable food items, drop it off to help the needy this Christmas season.
