On another fitness forum I frequent the guys are all about the metamucil for dropping solid ropes.
Anyone use it? Tips? I don't want to blow out a sphincter getting used to it.

Pretty much a necessity for me when I'm staying in a camp. Works great.
Year round I wouldnt see much use for it, but I have a decent supply of fibre in my diet.
I can eat more hot wings than you.
i just throw it in my shake for the morning

I put about a tablespoon in my post-workout shakes. Really good for those low-carb days
Once every two days is good enough for me. Taking less now that I do veggie shakes in the Blendtec.
Because metamucil is basically just fibre and not laxative, there is no chance that you could form a habit or dependency on it right?
^ yes, not habit forming.
Although it is quite good with club soda, tastes like Crush/C'Plus lol.
