If they get this class action certified I wonder if they can do one for kids/families affected by the 60s scoop.

That's crazy! My school taught me that Indigenous Peoples are a superior race who are incapable of greed or wasting food. How else could they have killed whales with pointy-bone-arrows from canoes made from hollowed out fallen trees? How do you explain the records showing all the people rushing to the bottom of Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump to quickly eat all the tails, feet and butt-holes from a few dozen hundred bison before they spoiled?

I'm not an expert, but it's my understanding that this specific claim by the Blood tribe had significant legal merit. Far more than some others that have been in the news in the last few years.
