    Fuck NHL.

edit: The first comment is the best

Now to all the fans that said the NHL betrayed them with this lock out., its very simple: If you want this to never happen again a 1 month boycott of NHL games and buying merchandise.
But all the people that were so upset will be waiting in long lines begging the NHL to take their money again and the NHL will know they can do whatever they want to their fans and will never have to worry about losing business

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

I could care less. As a fan I'm done. If I lived in a city with a decent team, sticking to that might be tough, but since The Flames are my home team I think it'll be fairly easy

Could be worse, you could have been in Edmonton, not only stuck with a shitty team, but also in Edmonton.

Bahahahahaa.... boycott this, loyal fan that... lmao

Yeah right. Sports fans are like crack adicts.

I could care less if there was never a pro game again of any type. I wouldn't pay the "owners", players etc, it would all be for fun, or a very small sallary, "for the love of the game"/ money raised from fans would be 100% defaulted to government.

I was hoping that this season wouldn't happen, and then have them announce how much money those lost because of it. At the end of the day, this year happening or not happening isn't hurting anyone actually making the decisions.

I love the fact that the players get a pension plan. I don't see any retired pro hockey players getting meals from the food bank.

I've spent many a winter evening eating pizza and drinking beer on my couch watching "the game" maybe I'll spend those evenings I dunno going for a run or doing a sit up or two.

I wasn't really following the lock out. Who won, the millionaires or the billionaires?

It's a good thing if the lockout ends, not for the players/owners who most have enough money to last for three lifetimes, but rather for all the people who lost money because of the lockout that didn't deserve to. The employees who work at the arenas, the people who own bars/restaurants that have lost business because of the lockout etc

Don't get me wrong I'm a huge hockey fan and I'll be back to watching (but I won't attend many games, and I don't really buy much merchandise). I just hope this is the last lockout they ever have. Honestly both players/owners need to realize they have it good and just grow up and get on with things. There is no need to have these lockouts so often (3 in 18 years?) Just ridiculous!
