Nice work man! How do you decide which shrouds to go with? Just a styling decision or is it based on what space you have available?

Here's my motorbike project I told you about.

G37 projector and an Apollo shroud

You sir, are a gentleman and a scholar. I applaud you for doing this correctly.

I'm assuming this is some sort of side job you work on?

If you take anything I have to say seriously, you're gunna have a bad time.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Had to do a double take on the user... thought this was scat_19 complaining on HID's again.

But I do agree, looks good!

I'm not the only one who hates douchebags with blinding HID kits.

You will only require to change just the bulbs!

Nice Mikey! You should start doing them for trucks. It seems like the first mod that people do with trucks is HID in halogen housings and blind everyone.

    (Im not trying to threadjack)

I recently had decided to attempt a retrofit myself. It was fairly simple aside from the aiming aspect, especially considering i didnt mount the reflectors or anything, but i did get lucky and the aiming seems to be near perfect, the horizontal/rotational angles are all bang on, but i think the spread is slightly off, but otherwise it looks great!

For anyone thinking of doing a retrofit, it is worth EVERY penny, Recon/spyder lights for the f150s suck, the light output is on par with a PNP HID kit in halogen housing, The light output from these retrofitted projectors is absolutely phenomenal.

Mikey, just thought id post about my experience with FXR projectors, was definitely fun! what do you think of my end result? i wish i would have made some shroud extensions. otherwise i think it looks great!

    BiXenon FXR projectors,
    D2S Osram CBI 5000k Bulbs.
    Morimoto 5five Ballasts,
morimoto XBLED halos,(made angry eye vs halo)
    Gatling gun Shrouds.

Looking good!! Great choice on CBI bulbs and not $30 bulbs.
As a personal preference, I would've gone with a bigger shroud since your headlights are gigantic!!!
    Lets see some cutoff!!

I will take some night shot pictures here soon! I wasn't sure what shroud to pick simply because I've never chosen them before. Haha
