Although I don't know the brand, $250 is cheap for an angle drill like that. I wouldn't trust it if you'll be using it daily, but would buy it if its an occaisional use type item.
Those drills are fucking awesome though. Well worth spending money on. There is no "one place" an AME buys tools from. Everyone I know had a huge shitmix of tools, differnt brands work great in different situations.
I've got a large assortment of powerfist, because they're cheap and easy to modify for specific uses.

A couple of guys I work with have ATS tools, they seem to hold up.
One thing to note, these drills are designed to drill holes for rivets in aluminum, so going through steel constantly may strain them.
