Default Best Nissan Dealership for parts?

I'm looking to pick up some 'hard to find' stock replacement parts for my z31.

Wondering which of the dealerships in town you guys have had the best experience at in terms of the parts desk. I'm assuming most stuff might need to be ordered in from a warehouse or something, so keep that in mind as criteria as well.

    Thanks!

If you take anything I have to say seriously, you're gunna have a bad time.

I've always got my stuff from stadium nissan, anything ordered in is coming from the same place anyway. What are you looking for?

Timing belt kit accessories such as:

    Crank sprocket
    cylinder head temp sensor
    chts subharness
    woodruf keys
    thermostat bypass hose
tensioner stud nut, washer and spring washer... think that's it.

I get my stuff from sunridge nissan but thats only because they have that "time machine" of theirs for datsun parts. Cam at Royal oak is good as well, as long as you have the part numbers.

I'll second Cam. Can also try Mike T at Fish Creek parts, great guy to deal with.

    Time machine aka microfiche hahaha.

I HATE looking up parts on that thing. Sucks so bad. We are the only dealer in Edmonton that has a micro-fiche/older Parts Books for older vehicles so I get calls all the time. I'd help any Beyonders out as I work at Nissan in Parts but I'm in Edmonton

But yes, for all Nissan dealers Canada-wide, theres only 3 places that all dealers get their parts from. Either the warehouse in Calgary, Toronto or Montreal. Otherwise its gonna be No Stock Canada so most likely Japan or USA stock.

And as a FYI for That.Guy.S30, heres a website where you can look up parts and it gives you the part number. This site has saved me tons of time from having to go on the micro-fiche to get PN#'s.

I swung by Royal Oak today and picked up most of my order. One hose on backorder but otherwise it was a pretty good experience.

Really easy place to get to from my work as well, just hop on the stonyburgring and blast around to it. Low stress!

Brasso for sure, I needed to make a few trips there while I swapped over my suspension and was hooked up with some free bolts/washers. Fish creek was nickle and dime and there quotes in the past have been higher then brasso.

+1 I used to go to Fish Creek until I tried Brasso for a quote. It was quite a bit cheaper. A few years ago a co-worker at the time was taking his Xterra to Stadium and didn't like the quote for his suspension. I told him to try Brasso and it was way cheaper.

Brasso even charged me less then their own quote for an aftermarket pulley install. Maybe all shops do that, I don't know, but I have been impressed.
