Hey fellow Beyonders,

I am one of the goalies, and ive been playing for about 7 years. All skill levels are welcome, we have ages 20-50 playing.

If you are interested its 100$ for 10 games remaining, or 15$ per drop in.

PM for details, or if you decide to show its the DPH FOCUS time. We are usually in room 1/3 or 2/4. The south rink of the two. Time is booked from 2:45 to 4, usually with a little time for shootout at the end if you want.

How many guys usually show up?

Im in Calgary for school on fridays anyways, so it wouldnt be hard to throw my gear in the car.

We can usually get MINIMUM 4 on 4 with a spare, but last year was much better, with 5 on 5 and 3 spares a side most of the time.

This is why we need more people, its hard to play 60 mins with 1 spare haha (apparently - im a goalie so I just stand there)

Just moved back from Wpg. I usually play Fridays around lunchtime though - so depending on the ice times there - unsure whats happening this year, but i'd be stoked if i have enough time to get from A to B

I assume this is full equipment? Could one survive with just a helmet and gloves?

I would suggest full, there are a few guys who go without chest protectors. Getting hit in the shins is something nobody wants. You COULD survive, but dont get in front of the shots if you come like that!
